The Boys Scouts are in the final stages of the renovation project. Painting the floor will take 24-36 hours to dry in between coats, etc. We understand this closing is significant. However to maximize usability we have determined this the most effective plan of action. Thank you for your patience during this time.
Attention Parents and Lenox Sportsmen’s Club Youth Archery League members.
Over the past few years the success of our program has caused it to grow extraordinarily fast and to a point where we have to put a limit on the number of those participating moving forward. Mr. Cimini and I regret that we’ve had to come to this decision, but in order to provide a safe and quality program for everyone involved, plus be able to fit the program into the time slot provided by the Lenox Sportsmen’s Club, we feel that this action is required.
As your son or daughter has been a previous participant in the program, we are giving you first chance to renew their membership into the program. At this point we are only going to accept enrollment into the program from those who were involved last year.
If your child is between the ages of 8 – 16 by Jan 1st they are eligible to participate. Attached we have a sign up sheet and a waiver forms.
Please fill out and mail back to me ASAP If your child had decided not to participate this year, please let us know as we have a number of others who are on a waiting list.
Ages 08 – 12 09:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Ages 13 – 16 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The attached form must be filled out and returned to:
25 Delancy Ave
Pittsfield MA. 01201
or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org

The downstairs pistol range will be closing Tuesday evening: November 18th at 5pm
It will reopen for business Wednesday morning: November 19th at 6am
The downstairs renovation project is currently underway, and the Boy Scouts will be painting on Tuesday evening. The time was chosen with full consideration to range usage. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we’re sure you will absolutely appreciate the final results!
Thank you for your patience,
