The Lenox Sportsmen’s Club is seeking bids for snow plowing, shoveling, and sanding services
for the 2026–2027 winter season at our facility located at
258 New Lenox Road, Lenox, MA.
Insurance: Proof of liability insurance is required with all submissions.
Scope of Work:
- Plowing: Clear the driveway, main access road, parking lot, and parking areas whenever snowfall reaches 3 inches or more.
- Shoveling: Clear all stairs and landings. (Deck shoveling is not required.)
- Sanding: Sand the access road as needed or upon request from the Board of Directors.
Submission Requirements: Please submit your bid along with proof of insurance for consideration.
Deadline: All bids must be received no later than Midnight on October 23, 2026.
